English DJ Calvin Harris was forced to cancel gigs, including his upcoming performance at the Hangout Fest after he suffered injuries in a car crash he was involved in on Friday night. According to TMZ.com, Calvin’s SUV was hit by a Volkswagen Bug. While he was taken to hospital with injuries that included a “laceration on his face”, he left the facility because he couldn’t get a private room.
A representative for the DJ sent out a statement saying that “he was examined by doctors and sustained minor injuries”. The driver of the VW was also injured, as was a passenger who suffered from a broken pelvis.
