The messy situation that involves Mel B, her former Nanny and ex-husband Stephen Belafonte has been reported about a lot lately. Mel has successfully obtained a restraining order against the nanny but now, the coin seems to have flipped. The Nanny, Lorraine Gilles, has now filed a lawsuit against the singer, claiming that she defamed her. She went on to accuse the actress of getting her drunk when she first came to America as an exchange student, and even had group sex with her and Belafonte. Lorraine also said that she was first informed that Mel B and her husband were in an open relationship.
According to TMZ.com, Lorraine’s lawsuit says, “at no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown’s knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte’s child.” She further went on to say that her sexual relationship with Mel B lasted seven years.
She said that she was under no possession of any sex tapes that she was accused of and as for the abortion; Gilles said that the pregnancy was after she had a one-night stand with somebody and Mel B herself assisted her in arranging for an appointment.
