The inheritance fight that involved Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian, following his millionaire grandfather’s passing, has reportedly been settled. Reports say that 17-year-old Damian now stands to win millions.
The actor and model was born to Liz and her ex, American businessman Steve Bing.
However, it’s good tidings for Damian now, for a Los Angeles judge has him as a lawful beneficiary of his grandfather’s trust.
According to www.justjared.com, which quoted People, court papers filed by a trustee argued that Dr Peter Bing, the grandfather, had a specific definition of the word ‘grandchild’. It excluded grandchildren born while their parents were not married. However, in court, the judge shot down the motion saying, “There is no ambiguity in the Trusts’ use of the term ‘grandchild.’”
With this, Damian might inherit millions.
