Jennifer Hudson finds a way with Ex David Otunga in their custody agreement court battle
Nearly two years after Jennifer Hudson and ex David Otunga got into a custody battle, the two appear to have reached some conclusion, says Eonline. But both of them signed a gag order in 2017, stating that neither would speak about the case to the public, so not much is known about the details of the custody agreement.
Jennifer had requested and received a protective order against the former wrestler against whom she had alleged physical and mental abuse. David’s attorney had disputed the allegations then, saying, Jennifer had “decided to file a meritless Petition for Order of Protection in an effort to gain an unfair advantage in the custody dispute.”
Well, as they say all’s well that ends well. We sure hope this for the child’s sake.
