The Taylor Swift-Kanye West on-again-off-again feud seems to be staying for good this time, after Kim Kardashian posted recordings of an alleged conversation between the two on social media on Sunday night that purported to show Taylor okaying an obscene lyric about her in Kanye's song Famous. In the video recordings, producer Rick Rubin can be seen in the background while Kanye tells Taylor over the phone about the lyric ‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex’. However, the line ‘I made that bitch famous’ isn’t mentioned.
Taylor then hit back a few hours later with a statement on Instagram in which she wrote, “Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that bitch’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened... Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination.”
