It was reported earlier that singer Meat Loaf collapsed at a concert while performing his song, I Would Do Anything For Love. Sources now reveal that the reason for his collapse was a ‘severe case’ of dehydration.
A statement was posted on Meat Loaf’s official Facebook page. It was informed that he was admitted to a nearby hospital for routine tests and he is currently stable and responsive, reported edmontonjournal.com. The Life Is a Lemon and I Want My Money Back singer cancelled a bunch of concerts just before the collapsing incident due to an undisclosed illness.
Previously, former fitness guru, Richard Simmons was also hospitalised due to dehydration.
