American model and entrepreneur Blac Chyna has been sued by her landlord for allegedly bailing on her lease five months in advance and further for not paying a single penny of what she owes him after she left.
According to Tmz.com, in his suit, the landlord claimed that Chyna’s lease agreement was drawn for up to March 2019 but she left in November 2018 itself. She is also being sued for an interest plus the additional attorney fee. Chyna owes him $55,546 for five months’ rent.
Blac Chyna sued by landlord
The landlord subtracted her $25,000 deposit, but reported $18,000 in damages. He claimed that she removed installations and equipment from the house. All in all, Black Chyna is $48,546 in the negative in her books, as per the documents obtained.
