Justin Bieber just doesn’t seem to catch a break. After a string of incidents from the past coming back to haunt him, the singer is now being accused of faking illness to avoid deposition, as well as headbutting a fan who was recording a video of him at a restaurant. According to TMZ.com, Justin was supposed to be deposed about a case that alleges he stole a sample for his hit track Sorry, but his team informed the opposing attorneys he was sick just hours before it was scheduled— which was proven wrong after videos of him drinking earlier in the morning were found on YouTube.
In a separate case, the Biebs was play fighting with rapper Kyle Massey at a restaurant last week when a patron began recording a video. When Justin asked that he delete the video, and the man refused, Justin allegedly became aggressive and headbutted the victim. Justin is being charged by police with misdemeanour battery in the case.
