There’s a lot of buzz around Beyoncé’s music video for Spirit from the live-action remake of Lion King. And according to www.people.com, the memorable video, which features a number of breath-taking visuals of the desert and mountain ranges, includes a special appearance by her daughter Blue Ivy.
Less than a minute into the video, as Beyoncé sits by herself in the middle of the desert, the camera flashes to seven-year-old Blue, who’s in a pink dress identical to her mom’s in the video. The child is seen staring off into the distance before she begins to approach Beyoncé and comes into focus. Blue then reaches out for her mother’s hand, giving her a soft smile. The visual then shows her close-up, staring fiercely into the camera with her wig of curly red hair blowing in the strong winds.
Beyoncé is lending her voice for the role of Nala in the live-action remake of the Disney classic.
