Zac Brown says sorry on Facebook
Country singer Zac Brown, frontman of popular musical act Zac Brown Band, apologised to his fans on Saturday on Facebook for “being in the wrong place at the wrong time”, after he was caught at a private party that had people indulging in illegal drugs.
“I attended a private gathering at a Miami-area hotel and had only been there for a short time when police officers arrived and arrested two people in the room... had no idea that there were drugs in their possession. I cooperated fully with the authorities and am not part of any ongoing police investigation,” Zac wrote on Facebook.
He added that he’s still focused on making “great music” for his fans and to remember what his dad taught him — “nothing good ever happens when you stay out late”.
