The high on steam first trailer of 'Fifty Shades Darker' has debuted to phenomenal success.
The trailer registered record views within 24 hours of its upload, overthrowing previous record holder, the mighty 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'. It registered a mammoth 114 million views, as opposed to 'Star Wars VII’s 112 million hits. Within the first hour of its release, it was watched a staggering 2.5 million times on its Facebook page itself.
The highly anticipated film, has Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele push their borderline voyeuristic chemistry a few hundred notches higher.
Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, who portray Ana and Christian on-screen have ensured that the fans of the 'Fifty Shades Trilogy,' by British author E.L. James aren’t underwhelmed when it comes to the book-to-reel adaptation.
The final instalment, Fifty Shades Freed, is set for a Feb, 9, 2018 release.
'Fifty Shades of Grey', though critically panned, was highly successful at the box-office.
'Fifty Shades Darker' will release on February 10, 2017.
