A new lawsuit was filed against reality TV star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Inc. because the 20-year-old’s online website is not blind-friendly.
According to TMZ.com, a customer named Antoinette Suchenko claims she’s been blind for more than 20 years, and uses screen reader software to navigate the Internet. However, Kylie cosmetics’ website isn’t compatible and Suchenko is finding it difficult to buy the famous make-up products.
Kylie hasn’t been sued for cash, but Suchenko wants her website to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act.
