Lea Michele pays tribute to Cory Monteith, saying “The light always remainsâ€.
It’s been six years since Glee actor Cory Monteith died of an accidental drug overdose. Lea Michele, who has always honoured him on the anniversary of his passing, paid tribute to her late boyfriend last Saturday, too, reports www.people.com.
The Scream Queens actress took to Instagram to do it. “The light always remains (sic),” she captioned the post on Twitter.
Michele, 32, who also appeared in Glee with late Cory, had met the late actor on set in 2009. They were in a relationship until Cory’s death in 2013. Cory was 31 when he died of a heroin overdose on July 13, 2013.
Glee co-stars Jenna Ushkowitz, Heather Morris and Amber Riley also paid tribute to the late actor.
