Mary Lee who was 80 years old passed away in her sleep last week.

Tom Cruise’s mother Mary Lee passed away after battling a long illness, reported Dailymail.co.uk. According to People, Cruise and his three sisters were present at her service that was held over the weekend at her local Church of Scientology.
Lee was last spotted in Florida last year where she was using a walker and looked very thin. It also seemed like she had oxygen tubes attached to her. According to reports Mary split from Tom’s father in 1974 and married John South in 1978 when Cruise was 16 years of age.
