Justin Bieber, who settled a case outside of court for an incident in 2014 where he egged his neighbour Jeffrey Schwartz’s house, is being sued by Jeffrey again.
TMZ.com reports Jeffrey is suing the Sorry singer again for allegedly spitting in his face during a separate argument. Jeffrey is saying that Justin assaulted him and spat on him, causing him emotional distress. Justin hasn’t responded yet, but he has previously called Jeffrey out on the emotional stress aspect of his claims, asking for a medical examination to be done.
