Singer Ciara, who filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against her ex Future, has been told by a judge that the rapper’s tweets aren’t libellous enough to warrant her case. According to TMZ.com, the judge is asking for evidence from Ciara as to how Future has ruined her image as a mother and a singer, as she claimed. She had earlier cited the rapper’s tweets, in one of which he writes “this bitch has money problems”. Future still faces at least one count of libel and distortion, meaning he’s still not off the hook just yet.
