The Tenors slam Remigio Pereira

Singing group, The Tenors, slammed member Remigio Pereira for performing on a song at MLB All-Star Game and using it as a platform to promote his political beliefs. Remigio had changed the words of the Canadian anthem from “Oh Canada” to “All Lives Matter,” as a response to the Black Lives Matter movement.

Remigio has been suspended from band: “The Tenors are deeply sorry for the misguided lack of judgment by one member of the group acting as a ‘lone wolf’ during the singing of the Canadian national anthem at the game. The other members are embarrassed by the actions of Remigio Pereira,” the band said.
