Singer Lady Gaga has come out in support of fellow singer Cardi B after the latter faced a flak for her Grammy win. Cardi won the Grammy for in the Best Rap Album category for her album Invasion of Privacy but faced a lot of negative comments from people who thought she didn’t deserve it.
However, Lady Gaga came out in support of Cardi B on twitter and posted a picture of them together. She captioned the picture as, “It is so hard to be a woman in this industry. What it takes, how hard we work through the disrespectful challenges, just to make art. I love you Cardi. You deserve your awards. Let’s celebrate her fight. Lift her up & honor her. She is brave.”
Post the trolls and negativity on social media, Cardi B had quit Instagram. Before doing so, the singer posted a video message for her critics and said that she worked very hard for her music and cannot take more comments on her work.
