Bruno Mars to feed 24,000 on Thanksgiving
Bruno Mars is all set to give back to society the love and appreciation that he has received from his fans this Thanksgiving, reports People.com.
The Finesse hitmmaker plans to feed 24,000 people in Hawaii on the occasion of Thanksgiving. Mars is donating to the Salvation Army’s Community Diner Programme, via the Hawaii Community Foundation. The number of people who will be benefitting from the donation is a tribute to his album 24k Magic.
His contribution is “single-handedly expanding (the programme’s) reach across the state,” according to a press release. It is also bringing the programme to home-bound individuals.
Mars has been known for his charitable works and had previously donated a whopping $1 million for the people affected by the Flint water crisis in Michigan.
