Reality star draws flak
Farrah Abraham mistakenly refers to 9/11 as “7-Eleven†in anniversary tribute

American reality television personality, singer, and writer Farrah Abraham is drawing flak from her followers for an unfortunate slip-up on her YouTube video.
The former Teen Mom star, who’s on a world tour with her daughter, Sophia, visited to the One World Trade Centre on the 18th anniversary of 9/11. She then posted the video about the experience, which drew her followers’ ire. Farrah’s first slip was when she called the attack “7-Eleven” instead of “9-Eleven”. (7-Eleven, incidentally, is the name of a popular chain of convenience stores.)
The reality star also upset viewers when she said she got the tickets for free through a tour group and made a statement about being grateful she was able to “enjoy” the day.
“’Enjoying’? How about sharing this experience?” one Instagram follower commented.
Meanwhile, other celebrities have been paying their tributes, remembering 9/11 by thanking the countless first responders who helped those stuck in the World Trade Centre.
