Influencer Ju Hearn shares fitness mantra for Generation Z - ‘More Movement’

Hearn believes that people undermine the importance of movement as a critical factor.

In today’s day and age, children spend far more time on their phones, tablets, or video game consoles. Technology, modernity, and the space constraints that come with urban living has conditioned them to live life with reduced movement. In a world where physical activity and exercise has taken a back seat, Dr. Ju Hearn realized the importance of helping today’s generation embrace healthier lifestyles, by emphasizing the importance of movement.

Dr. Hearn believes that people undermine the importance of movement as a critical factor in maintaining good health, both physically and mentally. Movement is simply a stepping stone towards an increase in much needed physical activity via sports, games, and outdoor activities. He explains further, “Incorporating movement into our daily lives is both essential and extremely easy. From simple stretching exercises to quick 10 minute workouts, the real fitness mantra is to stay active and form good habits that involve a greater degree of movement!”

To further his vision, Dr. Ju Hearn chose to reach out to youngsters at schools, colleges, and universities across the nation. Spreading awareness and educating youngsters can help them make informed decisions for the betterment of their own health and well-being. He is a famous keynote speaker today and covers a variety of topics, along with his programs and regiments which promote “nutrition, fitness, exercise, flexibility, and overall health and wellness” flexibility. He has taken sessions at several notable schools, including the University of South Alabama, the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Merrimack College, Ellsworth College and several others, enabling him to reach out to thousands of students.
Dr. Ju Hearn is a reputed athletic trainer, physical therapist, massage therapist, nutritionist, and keynote speaker. Having studied both eastern and western medicine, he uses his skill, knowledge, and sensibilities to help people lead healthy lives. From training professional athletes to perform at their best, to assisting people in avoiding injuries, he has now shifted his focus towards the younger generation. He added, “The whole point of reaching out to young people, is to help them embrace the right habits as early as possible. Movement and everything that comes with it is so good for you! Once your body grows accustomed to it, it becomes constructive and fun.”
