The Silver Linings Playbook actor, Bradley Cooper, was seen wearing a T-shirt that urged people to stand up for cancer, during his afternoon jog, reports JustJared.com. The T-shirt cited his father as a ‘reason to stand up’. The 41-year-old actor lost his father Charles in 2011 due to lung cancer.
