Andy Dick is creating his legacy. First, he gets embroiled in sexual battery and simple battery cases. Then, he fails to serve his court-mandated community service. And ultimately, he gets sentenced to 14 days in jail. However, PEOPLE got hold of the inmate records from the LA County Sheriff’s Department, saying the comedian is out in just one day.
That, apparently, because the jails are overcrowded. PEOPLE’s request for comment hasn’t yet got responses from neither Andy’s rep nor a LA County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson.
The latest jail sentence comes over a year after Andy was charged with misdemeanour sexual battery and misdemeanour simple battery for allegedly groping a woman who passed him on the LA streets. He was given community service. Besides groping an Uber driver, Andy’s allegedly groped, kissed and licked people’s cheeks, and made sexual proposals, involving at least four people on the production of the independent feature Raising Buchanan.
