Chris Evans tried to cheer Keaton up.

A heart wrenching video of a young boy pleading to be left alone by bullies went viral overnight, and scores of celebrities such as Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Milly Bobby Brown, Demi Lovato and others have voiced their support for him.

Dailymail.co.uk reports that in the video that was posted online by his mother, Keaton Jones asks why bullies at school were bothering him. In the clip, Keaton says, “Just out of curiosity, why do they bully? What’s the point of it? Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to them. It’s not okay.” His mother then asked, “What did they say to you?” “They make fun of my nose. They call me ugly. They say I have no friends,” Keaton answered as tears poured down his cheeks. “What did they do to you at lunch?” his mom asked, and Keaton replied, “Poured milk on me and put ham down my clothes. Threw bread at me”

Milly Bobby Brown tweeted, “Keaton, this is so accurate. Why do people do this? I think your sooo cool Keaton! I wanna be your friend (but srsly) ur freakin awesome. (sic)”

Chris Evans tried to cheer Keaton up. He tweeted, “Stay strong, Keaton. Don’t let them make you turn cold. I promise it gets better. While those punks at your school are deciding what kind of people they want to be in this world, how would you and your mom like to come to the Avengers premiere in LA next year?” Mark Ruffalo too invited him for the same.

As for Justin Bieber, he reached out to Keaton on Instagram and wrote, “You got a friend in me Lil bro! Hit me on dm and we can chat!!! Love you buddy!! (sic)”
