Actress Rose McGowan and her ex-husband, artist David Leavitt, have reportedly agreed to destroy the embryos they created through in vitro fertilisation, as part of their divorce agreement. TMZ.com reports that according to the final divorce judgment that was pronounced in Los Angeles on Thursday, the couple have agreed that the embryos stored at a fertility clinic in Beverly Hills should “immediately be thawed and destroyed”. The three year marriage ended with each taking their own personal possessions back, but Rose would get to keep their house.
