Vince Vaughn was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning for a DUI and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer by the Manhattan Beach Police. The 48-year-old Wedding Crashers actor’s mugshot has been released where he can be seen grinning in the photo, reports People.com.
Vaughn and his passenger were released from jail after posting bail. The actor has a 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son with wife Kyla Weber.
Sergeant Tim Zins later clarified that Vaughn was not “fighting with officers, but more like… delaying the investigation.”
Just last week, Manhattan Beach Police had publicised checkposts on their Facebook and emphasised on their “zero tolerance” approach towards ‘Drinking and Driving’.
