Chris Brown was taken in by the Amsterdam police as he failed to add license plates to his dirt bikes while riding around the city. He was reprimanded in a local station and is facing another fine, reports DailyMail.co.uk. The 27-year-old star was earlier accused of stealing a fan’s cap and assaulting him in a concert at Cannes.
Brown took to Instagram to share his opinion, he posted a video of himself and said, “So, we’re in Amsterdam, we’re in the police station. We got to pay this damn fine. Man, didn’t have no tags.” He added, “Public service announcement kids, do not ride bicycles in Amsterdam without license plates. Sorry, we just bought the bikes, I forgot about the license plate.”
