Brangelina set for court battle

Even as Brad Pitt was cleared of child abuse allegations by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services on Wednesday, sources from his wife Angelina Jolie’s camp are saying that she will still be asking for full custody of their six children. While Brad responded to the divorce filings, claiming he wants joint custody, Angelina is still trying to prove that he abused at least on of their children.

“Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal,” a source told TMZ.com. The two will now have to battle it out in court.
