Dr Dre is threatening to sue Sony Pictures over an upcoming movie, Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel’le, that is set to release next week. The biopic shows Dr Dre physically abusing his ex girlfriend Michel’le — by punching her in the face, pulling her hair, and even pointing a gun at her.
The rapper is threatening to sue Sony Pictures if it ever airs the movie. Dre’s legal team also sent a cease and desist letter to Sony, demanding them to back off from the project. According to TMZ.com, in the letter, Dre denies physically abusing Michel’le. Dre says he dated Michel’le 30 years ago, and she never hinted at abuse on his part or called the police.
