Amber Heard, who was scheduled to be deposed in her domestic violence case with ex Johnny Depp, refused to go under oath, reports TMZ.com.
Although she was present in the office all day, she did not step foot into the deposition room. According to Depp’s lawyers, when asked repeatedly to show up for questioning, Amber started ‘crying, yelling and screaming’. The lawyers also claim that Amber refused to turn in documents that were requested of her.
However, sources close to Amber had something else to say. “Amber was ready and willing to go forward with her deposition. She waited for 10 hours for the deposition to start. There was nothing preventing Johnny’s counsel from commencing it,” they hit back.
