Following reports of Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon ending their 33 years of marriage, The Black Sabbath lead was spotted for the time. The couple decided to call it quits recently after rumours of Ozzy’s infidelity started doing the rounds.
Speaking to E! News, Osbourne insisted that his issues with sobriety had nothing to do with the spilt. He said, “I have been sober for three and a quarter years. I have not touched drugs or alcohol in that time. Any reports that I am not sober are completely inaccurate.”
Meanwhile, Sharon was absent at her show The Talk. Her co-star, Julie Chen, however, addressed the issue, saying, “There were many tabloid headlines this weekend about Sharon and her husband Ozzy, rumors and speculation that they have split up after 33 years of marriage.” Chen further added, “Sharon understandably took today off. We are sending all of our love to her and to her family, and we ask that you do the same.”
