Nick Cannon calls out white female comics
Comedian Nick Cannon is supporting his friend Kevin Hart and calling out female comedians for their past homophobic tweets too, reports TMZ.com. Post Kevin Hart losing out on his golden Oscar-hosting chance, Cannon has called out three white, female comedians.
He tweeted, “Interesting. I wonder if there was any backlash here... (sic)” and first pulled up Chelsea Handler’s tweet, where she uses the homophobic f-word slur. Next was Sarah Silverman’s tweet, “I don’t mean this in a hateful way but the new bachelorette’s a f****t (sic).” He also called out Amy Schumer for using the f-word homophobic slur in a tweet about the movie Skyfall being a flop.
In a tweet of his own in 2012, Nick had written, “If your best joke includes “gay” or “f****t” you should be kicked off Twitter this ain’t the 3rd grade! #notaninsult #lackofcreativity (sic).”
