Actress Brooke Shields has reportedly sent a legal notice to a makeup company for using her famous eye brows to sell their eye pencil collection.
The 53-year-old actress says she noticed this while shopping for herself recently. She is suing for damages and wants the product off the market.
According to Tmz.com, Brooke is claiming that the makeup company is selling a line of eye brow pencil labeled ‘Browlift’ a shade called Brooke S.
She claims this is their way of giving an impression that she is endorsing the brand.
