Jada Pinkett Smith had a revealing, tear-filled conversation with her husband Will Smith’s first wife Sheree Zampino Fletcher during her new Facebook Watch series, Red Table Talk.
According to reports on DailyMail.co.uk, the actress, sat down with Sheree to have an honest and open conversation about the difficult times they faced trying to become a blended family. Jada started dating the actor while he was still married to Fletcher, with whom he shared a three-year-old son, Trey. “Because I did not understand marriage, I did not understand divorce, I probably should have fallen back,” Pinkett Smith admitted in the clip.
Jada explained how it took time for her to realise that she was behaving insensitively and inconsiderately as their marriage was unwinding and she was just “trying to get in there.”
Smith and Fletcher laughed while recalling one of their lowest points exchanging “fighting words” over the phone and hanging up on each other.
