Rapper Diddy slapped with a lawsuit
In a lawsuit filed on Monday, Cindy Rueda, rapper Sean (Diddy) Comb’s personal chef, claimed that she was made to cook and bring him meals “while engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.” Rueda also alleged that on some occasions, she would have to enter the room when he was undressed. “Mr. Combs was naked and (he) made comments about his body,” said Rueda, and added that she was asked whether “she was attracted to, or liked his naked body.”
When People.com asked the rapper’s representative to comment, he said, “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
However, Rueda claims that when she complained of sexual harassment to one of Diddy’s assistants, she was “lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated.”
This happened one year before she filed the lawsuit.
