Comedian's prompter at the golden globe awards conks off.

Hosting the Golden Globe Awards is always going to be hard work, and on Sunday night host Jimmy Fallon had a little pressure to work with, when his teleprompter allegedly stopped working.
“Already the teleprompter’s down so this is a great way to start the show. I could do impressions. What do we do here?” Fallon nervously said on stage, and then joked about how it would soon be a social media meme: “It’s already a GIF.”
The comedian later joked on stage about the incident, saying that Mariah Carey had called and told him that Dick Clark productions “sabotaged” his monologue, referring to her now infamous botched New Year’s Eve performance.
