Noah Centineo is one of the most famous young actors in Hollywood. But the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before star almost quit acting before he ever got to woo Lara Jean as the heartthrob Peter Kavinsky.
According to a profile in TheHollywood-Reporter.com, there was a period of time when Centineo stopped auditioning for new roles. The actor moved to Los Angeles as a teenager to pursue an acting career, booking audition after audition, until he landed a pilot.
However, he told THR that the rules in his contract almost hindered his career. “I had this six-month contract that didn’t allow me to audition for anything (else),” he told, adding, “My purpose was just to act, and you take away someone’s purpose and you kind of deteriorate them.”
