Michael J Fox talks of his Parkinson's
The actor has taken to meditation to help contain his constant tremor.
In an interview with the magazine Haute Living, Michael J. Fox spoke about dealing with Parkinson’s disease for 25 years. When he was 29, the doctor had told him that he had only 10 years of career left, but Michael did not let the disease stop him.
He was diagnosed in 1991, but only went public with it seven years later. “I realised it was a real awakening to me because I had been kind of keeping this secret. I was supposed to be pretty much disabled by now. I’m far from it,” he told the magazine. The actor has taken to meditation to help contain his constant tremor.
