Blac Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom took to Twitter to share that the model would be filing a restraining order against Rob Kardashian. She wrote, “I represent Blac Chyna. I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we’ll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come (sic).”
Shortly after this announcement was made, TMZ.com reported that according to legal documents obtained by them, Chyna also details a violent incident with Rob that happened in April. Allegedly, when Rob was reproached by Chyna for talking poorly of her in front of their daughter, he said, “I can say whatever the f*** I want,” and then grabbed her phone and pushed her to the ground, causing bruises. In the declaration, Chyna claimed that Rob was “aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the thigh.” She added, “Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him.”
