Not long after news broke that Ben Affleck started dating, allegations surfaced that the filmmaker was having an affair with Lindsay Shookus while he was married to Jennifer Garner. Lindsay was married to fellow Saturday Night Live producer Kevin Miller at the time of the affair in 2013.
A source told People.com, “they full-on had an affair. They would fly back and forth, but he would mostly visit her in New York. They didn’t hide… They’d use the Mandarin Oriental (hotel). They were regulars.”
Another source added, “Both of them were cheating on their spouses so they were very careful about it. Jen and Shookus’ husband found out about it around the same time.”
