Britney Spears has been served a subpoena to sit for a deposition in her child support battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. Spears was asked to appear to discuss ‘personal finances’ after Federline filed to increase payments from $20,000 a month to $60,000 a month for their two sons Preston, 12, and Jayden, 11. Britney’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, accepted the subpoena on her behalf,’ a source told US Weekly. The subpoena also included financial discovery, including Britney’s most recent tax returns, and a completed income declaration.
