Game of Thrones star Kit Harington might be wishing he had a script to work off when he recently proposed to co-star Rose Leslie, as the romantic moment didn’t quite happen as he had hoped.
The actor recently revealed that popping the question to Rose Leslie didn’t go as planned, reports EOnline.com.
“I did have some plans to do it, I was going to string up some lights in some trees and do all the romantic stuff but we were in the country and we were under this beautiful night sky and had a log fire burning and red wine. I was meant to do it the day after with the lights. I popped my question a bit early,” Kit said.
The actor also revealed that he wants all of the Game of Thrones cast at his wedding and even called up a producer of the show to make sure everyone’s filming schedule allowed them to be there. “I rang him (the producer) up and I said, ‘I’m getting married and it’s your fault actually’,” Kit recalled, “I was like, ‘You need to factor in a Game Of Thrones wedding by the way. They (the whole cast) have all got to be there so the whole thing has got to shut down!’”
But don’t expect the couple to have a GoT-themed wedding. “No. There is absolutely no chance of me convincing her (Rose Leslie) of that,” Kit said.
