Actor Johnny Depp’s movie releases have recently run into quite a bit of trouble. Johnny’s upcoming release City of Lies has been delayed from it’s initial release date, reports JustJared.com. The movie was supposed to release on September 7, but no new release dates have been announced. The film is based on the infamous murder of singer and rapper Notorious B.I.G and also stars Forest Whitaker. The news of the release delay comes several weeks after Johnny was sued for allegedly assaulting a location manager on the film’s set. Johnny’s reps have not commented on the assault allegations or the release date delay.
