While Anna dressed casually for the outing in a white tank top and jean overalls, Michael wore a Henley along with jeans and boots. Anna looked happy as she was seen holding her boyfriend and son’s hands. Meeting the parents is a huge deal and fans began speculating that things have gotten pretty serious between the couple.
