Rami Malek to star as Freddie Mercury in the Queen frontman's biopic
The 'Mr. Robot' star will be sene playing the mercurial vocalist in the film aptly christened 'Bohemian rhapsody'.
Mumbai: American actor Rami Malek, who recently won the Emmy for Best Actor will next be seen playing legendary singer Mercury in the singer’s upcoming biopic.
The 35-year old actor will reportedly soon be seen playing the Queen’s frontman, on the big screen.
There were reports doing the rounds that the actor was in talks to play the singer.
However, ace director Bryan Singer lent the rumours credence with an Instagram post confirming the Mr. Robot star’s involvement with the project.
Reportedly, GK Films, New Regency and Fox have all joined hands to make the film a reality. The film has also been scripted by ‘The Theory of Everything’ screenwriter, Anthony McCarthen.
Well, that’s one role the phenomenal actor can totally ace.
