Former Glee actor, Mark Salling surrendered in court in Los Angeles following a federal indictment for child porn charges. The actor was seen carrying a $100,000 cheque the day before the court hearing, which possibly could be for his bail.
The authorities are still verifying the images found on Salling’s computer. A statement was made by the authorities, “He had a very extensive and well organised collection of child pornography. If you read the indictment there are file names under which these images were stored on the computer, one of them is very descriptive.
This type of behaviour is disturbing, because these are images of real children who were molested by adults at some point and every time these images are distributed, or sold, or traded, and eventually viewed by someone, that person is victimised again and that is why we take these types of crimes so seriously.” A trial date will be set in late July, reported JustJared.com.
