Singer Britney Spears has checked into a “all-encompassing wellness facility” . The singer posted a quote picture on Instagram which read, “Fall in love with taking care of yourself, mind, body, spirit.” She captioned that as, “We all need to take time for a little 'me time. (sic).”
According to People.com, the 37-year-old singer was drained after father Jamie’s life threatening colon rupture. She wanted some time for her own self after announcing indefinite hiatus from showbiz in January to support her father.
“Britney just needed to focus on herself. Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her. He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He’s not doing well. They’re so close and it has been a lot. There is nothing dramatic going on with her — she just realised she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself,” says a source.
