American rapper Rick Ross has been hooked up to a machine that is taking over the function of his heart and lungs, TMZ.com reports.
The musician was found unresponsive at home in the early hours of Thursday morning, post which he was taken to a Miami hospital where he is being treated in the cardiac unit. Reportedly, he might have suffered a heart attack which manifested itself as respiratory issues.
Rick has previously suffered from seizures, having experienced two on separate private jet flights in October 2011, which required hospital treatment.
