Former Playboy model Pamela Anderson’s recent Wall Street Journal op-ed is titled “Take the Pledge: No More Indulging Porn”. Anderson co-wrote the op-ed along with American-Jewish rabbi and author Shmuley Boteach. In it, Pamela and Boteach urge readers to “understand that porn is for losers — a boring, wasteful and dead-end outlet for people too lazy to reap the ample rewards of health sexuality.” The duo repeatedly call porn a “public hazard of unprecedented seriousness”, according to People.com.

Anderson reports that men who access pornography go on to lead “less satisfactory intimate lives with their wives or girlfriends as a result of the consumption.” Also adding that future generations of users will grow up in an “environment of wall-to-wall, digitised sexual images,” dubbing them the “crack babies of porn”.
