Tom Hiddleston is all set to play the role of Hamlet in a limited production of the Shakespeare play Hamlet next month in London. However, the Kong: Skull Island actor will star as Hamlet for only three weeks.
According to JustJared.com, Hiddleston will lead the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts’ production, directed by Kenneth Branagh. The play opens on September 1 and will end on September 23.
“Hamlet presents almost limitless possibilities for interpretation. I can’t wait to explore them, with this great cast at RADA. Kenneth Branagh and I have long talked about working on the play together, and now felt like the right time, at the right place,” Hiddleston said in a statement.
